摘　　要：孟山都作为全球最大的转基因种子公司,其在美国有大量的相关专利诉讼。本文初步分析了孟山都公司在美国与转基因农作物相关的专利诉讼案件,以期获知孟山都的核心技术以及其对美国转基因农作物市场的掌控程度。As the world’s largest transgenic seeds company, Monsanto has a large number of relevant patent litigation in the United States. A preliminary analysis of Monsanto’s patent cases relating to transgenic crops in the United States is made in this paper, in order to find out Monsanto’s core technology and to what degree Monsanto has controlled the market of transgenic crops in the United States.
