摘　　要：孟山都作为转基因农作物领域的寡头公司,专利诉讼对于其已经是一种经营战略。本文将对孟山都的攻、防、布、守专利诉讼策略进行分析,并对转基因农作物领域专利诉讼的核心问题进行分析探讨。As an oligarchin in the field of transgenic crops, Monsanto has taken patent litigation as a kind of business strategy. The tactics of attack, defense, distribution and protection in Monsanto’s patent litigation will be analyzed in the paper. And the core issues of patent litigation in the field of transgenic crops will be analyzed and discussed.
