摘　　要：通过实地调查和查阅文献,对冀北山区有毒植物资源及其中毒症状进行了整理,并且按照毒性大小进行了归类,同时对在户外活动和野外生存拓展中如何防治毒草中毒,中毒后如何采取救护措施进行了论述。论文对于冀北山区户外活动人群如何合理利用植物资源具有重要的指导意义。Through field investigation and literature review, the poisonous plants in the mountain area of northern Hebei province were sorted out and classified according to the toxicity.At the same time, Prevention and rescue measures of poisoning in outdoor activities and field survival were discussed.This paper aims to rationally use plant resources by outdoor activities in mountainous areas of northern Hebei.
