摘  要:在两段固定床反应器内考察了不同半焦对府谷煤热解产物的催化裂解效果。结果表明,不同半焦对煤热解产物催化裂解后,焦油收率降低,但焦油中沸点低于360℃的轻质组分质量分数明显增高。与煤在600℃直接热解相比,在热解和催化温度均为600℃时,采用煤样质量20%的半焦为催化剂时催化效果最好,其中轻质焦油收率基本不变,焦油中轻质组分质量分数提高了25%。半焦的表面结构和灰分都对煤热解产物的催化裂解有一定效果。在比表面积较低时,半焦中的灰分对原位煤热解焦油的裂解作用比较明显;随着比表面积的增加,灰分的影响越来越弱,半焦表面结构的影响越来越明显。The in situ catalytic cracking of Fugu coal pyrolysis tar is conducted in a dual-stage reactor using different chars as the catalyst. The results show that during catalytic cracking of coal pyrolysis products,the tar yield is decreased,while the fraction content of light oil(boiling points 〈360℃) in tar is obviously increased. Compared with the direct pyrolysis of coal at 600℃,when the pyrolysis and catalytic temperatures are 600℃,the catalytic effect is best,using the char as catalyst(20% mass fraction of coal). The yield of light tar is almost the same. The mass fraction of the light components in the tar is increased by 25%. Both of the surface area and ash in char have catalytic effects on the coal pyrolysis products. The catalytic effect of the ash in char is obvious when the char surface area is small. As the surface area is increased,the catalytic effect of ash became weaker,but the surface structure of the semi-coke becomes more and more obvious.
