摘  要:以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)、苯基三甲氧基硅烷(PTMOS)、γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-560)为原料,通过水解共缩聚的方法制备了高性能无底涂耐磨有机硅树脂,并涂覆于PC镜片。考察了各原料合成比例对树脂性能的影响,对涂覆于镜片的树脂膜的硬度、接触角、耐磨性及附着力进行了分析,并对树脂膜进行了FT-IR、SEM和TGA性能表征。结果表明,当合成树脂中TEOS与PTMOS摩尔比为2∶3,KH-560质量分数为10.5%,p H为4时,合成的树脂具有较好的性能,涂覆于镜片上所成膜的硬度为4 H,耐磨等级为4级,附着力为0级,耐80℃水煮性能、流平效果和韧性均较好,接触角达86.6°。A high performance primer-free and wear-resistant organic silicone resin is prepared by hydrolysiscondensation method using tetraethoxysilane(TEOS),phenyltrimethoxysilane(PTMOS) and γ-(2,3-3-epoxypropoxy)propyltrimethoxysilane(KH-560) as the raw materials,which is then used to coat PC lens. The effect of the ratio of TEOS,PTMOS and KH-560 on the performance of the resultant organic silicone resin is studied. The organic silicone resin coating is analyzed by FT-IR,SEM and TGA. The results show that better performance of the organic silicone resin coating can be achieved under the following conditions: 2∶ 3 the molar ratio of TEOS to PTMOS,10. 5 wt% mass fraction of KH-560 and 4 of p H. The hardness,wear-resistant grade and adhesion level of the obtained silicone resin coating are4 H,4 and 0,respectively. The film also has good 80 DEG C water resistance,excellent leveling effect and good toughness. The contact angle is 86. 6.
