摘　　要：为了探讨葛根芩连汤水煎液对小鼠肠黏膜微血管内皮细胞(MIMVECs)的影响,试验采用3-(4,5-二甲基噻唑-2)-2,5-二苯基四氮唑溴盐(MTT)检测葛根芩连汤水煎液对体外培养的MIMVECs增殖的影响。结果表明:当葛根芩连汤水煎液在6.40×10^(-2)~1.00×10~3mg/m L时,抑制MIMVECs增长;在2.56×10^(-3)~1.28×10^(-2)mg/m L时,促进MIMVECs增长。说明葛根芩连汤水煎液在一定浓度下对MIMVECs既有促进增殖又有抑制增殖的作用。In order to investigate the effect of Gegenqinlian decoction on mouse intestinal microvascular endothelial cells （MIMVECs）, the test detects effects of Gegen Qin Lian Decoction on proliferation of mice intestinal mucosa microvascular endothelial cells cultured in vitro by MTY. The results show that when Gegen Qin Lian Decoction concentration at 6.40 × 10 ^-2 ～ 1.00 ×10^-3 mg/mL, it inhibits the proliferation of MIM- VECs; At a concentration of 2.56×10^ -3 ～ 1.28 ×10 -2 mg/mL, it promotes the growth of MIMICs. The results indicate that a certain concen- tration of Gegen Qin Lian Decoction can both promote and inhibit MIMICs proliferation.
