摘　　要：目的:建立TLC法测定双黄连注射液中是否含有山银花。方法:采用TLC法对山银花的特征成分灰毡毛忍冬皂苷乙进行定性鉴别。结果:薄层色谱特征明显,专属性强。结论:该方法能够达有效控制双黄连注射液的质量。Objective： To establish a method of TLC determination of shuanghuanglian injection containing Shanyinhua. Method：TLC method for characteristics of Macranthoidin B from qualitative identification. Result： Significant characteristics of the thin-layer chromatography, selective. Conclusion： the method is able to effectively control the quality of shuanghuanglian injection.
