合并心肌病的2型糖尿病大鼠与血浆GLP-1水平关系的研究

摘  要:目的:观察合并心肌病的2型糖尿病大鼠与血浆GLP-1水平关系。方法:Wister大鼠随机分为对照组和糖尿病组,将成模糖尿病大鼠随机分为2组:心肌功能正常组与心肌病组,心肌病组给予阿霉素腹腔注射。采用超声仪检测大鼠左心室整体功能。应用酶免法(ELISA)方法测定各组大鼠空腹血清GLP-1水平。结果:糖尿病心肌功能正常组及糖尿病心肌病组的LVEF、LVFS、GLP-1水平明显下降(P<0.05)。与糖尿病心肌功能正常组比较,糖尿病心肌病组的LVEF、LVFS、GLP-1水平明显下降(P<0.05)。GLP-1水平与LVEF、LVFS呈正相关。结论:糖尿病心肌病大鼠LVEF、LVFS、GLP-1水平明显下降,GLP-1水平与LVEF、LVFS呈正相关。Objective:To explore the effect of Plasma levels of glp-1 on type 2 diabetic rats myocardial systolic and diastolic function. Methods:40 Wister rats were randomized to control group and diabetic diagroup. diabetic rats were randomized divided into 2groups: normal myocardial function and cardiomyopathy group. Cardiomyopathy group was given intraperitoneal injection of adriamycin. The ultrasonic instrument detecting left ventricular global function in rats. The EF 〈 42% as the diabetic cardiomyopathy in rats model building standards of success. ELISA method(ELISA) method is applied to determination of each group rats fasting serum levels of glp-1. Results:Diabetic myocardial function of normal and diabetic cardiomyopathy group LVEF, LVFS, glp-1 levels significantly decreased(P 〈 0.05). Compared with diabetic myocardial functional groups, the LVEF of diabetic cardiomyopathy group, LVFS, glp-1levels significantly decreased(P 〈 0.05.). Glp-1 levels and LVEF, LVFS were positively correlated. Conclusion:Diabetic cardiomyopathy rats LVEF, LVFS, glp-1 levels significantly decreased. Glp-1 levels and LVEF, LVFS were positively correlated.
