摘 要:目的:使用白细胞过滤器滤除脂肪血,检测滤除前后各项血液指标的变化,评价血液质量,提高患者输血的安全性及节约血液资源。方法:将新鲜采集的全血,使用白细胞过滤器滤除脂肪,分别检测过滤前后总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及血细胞指标值。结果:使用白细胞过滤器滤除脂肪血后各项血脂指标均有明显下降,血液质量达到GB18469-2012《全血及成分血质量要求》。结论:使用白细胞过滤器滤除脂肪血后可大大提高输血的安全性,可在血站推广应用。Objective: To detect the change of the blood indexes before and after filtering, evaluate the quality of blood by leucocyte filter, in order to improve the safety of transfusion patients, and can save resources for blood. Methods: The whole blood of fresh collection were filter out fat by leukocyte depletion filter. Total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL- C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL- C) and indexes of blood cells before and after filtering were detected. Results:The lipid indexes were significantly decreased, after using leukocyte filter filter blood fat. Blood quality was achieved GB18469-2012 "whole blood and component blood quality requirements". Conclusion: Leucocyte filter for blood fat can greatly improve the safety of blood transfusion, after application in clinic.
