摘  要:确定齿轮整体误差曲线上齿廓评价区域的准确位置是影响整体误差测量精度的关键问题,也是几十年来困扰整体误差推广的难题。提出应当区分整体误差单元曲线上不同阶段数据的可信度,在此基础上提出一种以啮出阶段数据为主确定齿廓评价区域的新方法。为验证新方法的正确性和有效性,进行标准齿轮和产品齿轮在不同转速下的测量试验,对比分析了由三种不同方法获取的单元起点位置的一致性。试验数据表明新方法得到的单元起点位置一致性较好,可满足汽车齿轮快速测量的要求,尤其在测量产品齿轮时,新方法的效果优于传统的互相关函数法。It is a key to precisely determine the locations of profile evaluation areas of a gear integrated error(GIE) curve in the GIE technology.The accuracy of the locations will influence the accuracy of measurements.A regular pattern is discovered that the reliabilities of data in different stages of the GIE unit curve are different.Based on this point,a new method to determine the locations of profile evaluation areas of a GIE curve mainly according to the data of recess stages is proposed.In order to verify the correctness and effect of the proposed method,experiments of measuring the standard gear and product gear under different rotational speeds are conducted and the result of three different methods are compared to each other.The experimental data show that the new method has better consistency of the calculated start positions of GIE units and can meet the requirements of rapid measurement of automobile gears.Especially when it comes to measure the product gears,the accuracy of the new method is much better than the conventional cross correlation function method.
