摘 要:建立液相色谱-串联质谱法测定婴幼儿配方乳粉中3种苯扎氯胺同系物残留的方法。样品经2%乙酸水溶液和乙腈超声辅助提取。采用多反应监测模式对目标化合物进行定性和定量测定。在最优条件下,目标化合物在10μg/kg^500μg/kg范围内有较好的线性关系,检出限和定量限分别为3μg/kg和10μg/kg。方法加标回收率为85.1%~102.1%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.05%~8.35%。采用所建立的方法对中国市面上的婴幼儿配方乳粉进行检测,10个检测样品中均有苯扎氯胺存在,浓度范围为73μg/kg^501μg/kg。A liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)method was established for the simultaneous determination of residues of 3 benzalkonium chloride homologs in infant formula milk powder.Samples were extracted with 2 % acetic acid aqueous solution and acetonitrile by ultrasonic. Identification and quantification of the compounds was by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry in multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode. Under the optimal experimental conditions,good linearity was observed in the range of 10 μg/kg-500 μg/kg. The limits of detection and quantification were 3 μg/kg and 10 μg/kg,respectively. The average spiked recoveries of the method were in the range of 85.1 %-102.1 % with the relative standard deviations(RSD)of 3.05 %-8.35 %. After validation,the method was applied to the analysis of benzalkonium chloride residues in infant formula milk powder in China. A screening of 10 samples revealed the presence of benzalkonium chloride with the concentration were in the range of 73 μg/kg-501 μg/kg.
