西沙比利片合复方芦荟胶囊治疗老年功能性便秘30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察西沙比利片联合复方芦荟胶囊治疗老年功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法:将90例老年功能性便秘患者随机分成西沙组、芦荟组、联合组,每组各30例。分别给予西沙比利片,复方芦荟胶囊以及联合使用进行治疗,4周后比较治疗前后疗效。结果:通过便秘患者临床评分量表进行评估,发现西沙组、芦荟组和联合组三组治疗老年功能性便秘均有疗效,且两者联合使用的治疗疗效优于西沙组和芦荟组(P<0.05)。结论:西沙比利片联合复方芦荟胶囊治疗老年功能性便秘,疗效良好,优于单用西沙组和芦荟组。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of treating senile functional constipation with cisapride tablets and composite aloe capsule. Methods 90 patients with senile functional constipation were assigned to cisapride tablets group, composite aloe capsule group, combination group, compare the effect of the three groups before and after treatment four weeks later. Results Evaluation of the cleveland clinic score, the three groups had curative effect on treating senile functional constipation （P 〈 0. 01 ）. In addition, the combination group was better than the other two groups （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The effective rate of the combination group was 90%, and the best one （ P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusions Treating senile functional constipation with cisapride tablets and composite aloe capsule had good curative effect, better than the other two groups.
