缬沙坦联合丹参酮注射液治疗64例高血压肾损害的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨缬沙坦联合丹参酮注射液治疗高血压肾损害的临床疗效。方法 128例高血压肾损害患者均使用缬沙坦治疗,其中64例另予丹参酮注射液治疗作为治疗组,其余为对照组。结果治疗后,治疗组的收缩压与舒张压均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),且血肌酐、血清胱抑素C及24 h尿蛋白均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高血压肾损害采取缬沙坦与丹参酮注射液联合治疗方案可获得更显著的疗效。Objective To explore the clinical effect of valsartan combined with tanshinone injection in the treatment of hypertensive renal damage. Methods 128 cases of hypertensive renal damage were treated with valsartan, 64 of them were treated with tanshinone injection as the treatment group, and the rest were the control group. Results After treatment, in the treatment group, the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were significantly lower than those in control group（P〈0.05） and serum creatinine, serum cystatin C and urinary protein were significantly lower than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of valsartan combined with tanshinone injection in the treatment of hypertensive renal injury can obtain more remarkable curative effect
