摘 要:目的研究环境内分泌干扰物与2型糖尿病的关系,为糖尿病的防治提供新的思路。方法选取2016年3月至2016年6月在本院就诊并各项检查确诊为2型糖尿病的患者50例作为实验组,身体健康的志愿者50例作为对照组。所有人员空腹取血,检测血糖、胰岛素水平和5种环境内分泌干扰物含量并计算胰岛素敏感指数,利用统计学软件进行对比分析。结果实验组胰岛素敏感指数明显低于对照组(P<0.05),BPA、DBP、BBP、DEHP含量有显著差异(P<0.05),OP含量无明显差异(P>0.05)。总体来说,实验组环境内分泌干扰物含量高于对照组。结论环境内分泌干扰物可以导致胰岛素抵抗,造成糖代谢紊乱引发2型糖尿病。Objective Study on the relationship between environmental endocrine disruptors and type 2 diabetes, to provide new ideas of prevention and treatment of diabetes. Methods In June 2016 - March 2016, 50 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected as the experimental group and 50 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group. All personnel fasting blood to detect the level of blood glucose, insulin levels and 5 kinds of environmental endocrine disruptors content and insulin sensitivity index were analyzed by statistical software. Results The insulin sensitivity index in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P〈0.05), BPA, DBP, BBP, DEHP levels were significantly.different (P〈0.05), and there was no significant difference in OP content (P〉0.05). In general, environmental endocrine disruptors in experimental group were higher than that in the control group. Conclusion Environmental endocrine disruptors can lead to insulin resistance, leading to glucose metabolism disorders, are risk factors for type 2 diabetes.
