摘　　要：省级农业科研院所是从事农业科学技术研究的省属科研事业单位,在省域农业科研事业发展中占据着主导地位。文章以2011~2015年福建省农业科学院科技课题为研究对象,从科技课题立项情况、属性分析、投入强度等角度分析各研究所科技课题的现状、特点和变化趋势,全面把握"十二五"各研究所科技课题研究的基本情况,并从重视计划制订、培植优势学科、树立合作理念、加强协同创新等方面提出提高科技课题申报和科技创新水平的建议。Provincial academy of agricultural sciences is engaged in agricultural science and technology research, which occupies a dominant position in provincial agricultural scientific research development. Taking programs of Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences during 2011~2015 as analysis object, the current status, characteristics and changing trend of science and technology programs were analyzed from the angle of science and technology programs, attribute analysis, input intensity and so on. The basic situation of programs of each institute during the ＂12th Five-Year＂ Period was fully grasped. Suggestions on improving application of programs and raising scientific and technological level were put forward, such as paying attention to making plans, breeding preponderant discipline, establishing concept of cooperation, strengthening collaborative innovation and so on.
