中国渔业科技创新平台的发展现状与建议

摘　　要：文章概述了中国渔业科技创新平台的发展现状,并从平台类型、学科布局、区域布局等多个维度对其进行了分析,得出其存在着顶层设计不足、高层次平台不多、野外台站建设滞后等问题。针对"十三五"新常态,提出了加强顶层设计、重点推进高层次平台建设、建设渔业野外观测网络体系等促进中国渔业科技创新平台发展的建议。The development status of fishery scientific and technological innovative platforms in China were summarized in the paper based on analysis of types, discipline and regional distribution. Existing problems were analyzed, such as lack of top design, seldom of high level platforms, and lag behind of field observational stations. According the new normal during the ＂13th Five- Year＂ period, suggestions for promoting the development of these platforms were put forward, such as emphasizing top design, laying stress on construction of high level platforms, and setting up fishery field observational stations networks.
