摘 要:与农业发达国家相比,当前我国农业科研成果大部分并没在农业实际生产中得到转化,提高农业科研成果的转化效率是促进我国农业产业化的重要举措。文章主要从科研成果的市场需求、信息流通、奖励机制、成果转化资金投入及推广服务体系等方面分析了农业科技成果转化存在的主要问题,并从以"互联网+"的新思维方式协调科技资源配置、完善绩效评价机制、拓宽转化资金投入渠道和构建成果转化推广服务体系等方面提出促进农业科研成果转化的建议,以期为我国农业科研成果的有效转化提供参考。Compared with the developed countries, most of the agricultural scientific research achievements in our country are not applied to the actual agricultural production. Improving the efficiency of the transformation of agricultural scientific research achievements is an important measure to promote the industrialization of agriculture in China. Main problems of transformation of agricultural scientific research achievements were analyzed in the paper from market demand of scientific and technological achievements, the circulation of information, the incentive mechanism, capital investment to the transformation, and extension and service system. Suggestions for promoting transformation of agricultural scientific research achievements were put forward, such as coordinating scientific and technological resources allocation with the "internet plus" ways of thinking, perfecting the performance evaluation mechanism, broadening the transformation funding channels, and constructing achievement extension and service system. These will provide references for the effective transformation of agricultural scientific research achievements in China.
