摘 要:利用Gleeble-3500D热模拟实验机对Q345E钢进行单道次热压缩实验,建立起环件用钢的流变应力模型,在有限元模拟软件SIMUFACT中建立起大型锻坯内台阶环件双件轧制三维数值仿真模型,对大型内台阶环件一个生产周期内的环件轧制过程进行了数值模拟,并对其可靠性进行了实验验证,研究了环件热轧过程中环件不同部位的等效应变场、温度场、辗扩力以及金属流动特性的规律。结果表明:轧制过程中环件的应变分布规律为,驱动辊、芯辊与环件台阶高度的应变、环件的棱角区的应变要明显大于环件其他部位的应变,且越靠近这些部位的应变越大,反映出整个环件轧制过程中变形区由成形辊与环件接触面部位和棱角处向环件内部逐渐扩展;环件的高温区域越来越来窄,且向环件内部集中,环件内部的温度要远远高于驱动辊和芯辊与环件接触部位的温度;轧制力与轧制力矩的变化规律为先增大后保持在一定范围内波动,最后逐渐下降。The single-pass thermal compression experiment of steel Q345 E was carried out by Gleeble-3500 D thermal simulator,and the flow stress model of steel for ring was established. Then,a 3D numerical simulation model of two-piece rolling of large-scale forging billet was established in finite element simulation software SIMUFACT,and the numerical simulation of the ring rolling process in a large inner ring was carried out in a production cycle. Furthermore,its reliability was experimentally verified,and the regulation of equivalent strain field,temperature field,rolling force and metal flow in different parts of ring were studied. The results show that the strain distribution of the ring during the rolling process is that the strains of the driving roller and the core roller between the step height,and the edge area of the ring are obviously greater than that of other areas. Otherwise,the strain becomes large when it is close to these parts,which displays that in the whole ring rolling process the deformation zone expands gradually from the contact surface and edges to inner ring. But the high temperature region of the ring becomes narrower and narrower,and is concentrated to the inside of the ring,and the temperature inside the ring is much higher than that in the contact position of driving roller and the core roller. Thus,the changing regulation of rolling force and rolling moment first increases and then fluctuates within a certain range,and finally decreases gradually.
