摘 要:通过多年的设计经验及实践验证,分析了冷冲压修边模废料滑落不顺畅的原因,分析了侧修废料刀的刃口在不同坐标系下的加工区别及造成的影响。从工艺设计、模具结构设计和加工工艺的角度出发,梳理了废料刀的各种排布形式及安装方式,并整理出废料刀在不同排布形式下的设计要点及具体解决方案。采用开口式的侧修废料刀工艺设计思路和一字型的废料刀模具结构设计,并在此基础上配合对应的五轴加工工艺,从而能从根本上解决废料滑落不顺畅的问题。Through years of design experience and practice,the cause of difficult scrap falling in cold stamping trimming die was analyzed,and the processing difference and the influences of the cutting edge of the cam-trim scrap cutter in different coordinate systems were analyzed. Then,from the view of die structure design and process design,it was summarized various arrangement forms and installation methods of scrap cutter,and the key points of the design in different arrangement forms of the scrap cutter and the specific solution were pointed out. Thus,based on the process design of scrap cutter with open type and linear type die structure design with scrap cutter,corresponding five-axis machining process can solve the problem of scrap falling fundamentally.
