摘 要:介绍了铝挤压用固定挤压垫的作用,分析了几种不同的固定挤压垫的结构特点;提出了铝挤压机用固定挤压垫的设计原则,根据固定挤压垫在挤压方向的受力平衡条件建立了固定挤压垫膨胀环完全弹性变形条件,通过理论分析和有限元数值模拟优化,得到了膨胀环外环直径增大量和承压垫所受挤压力的关系曲线,据此确定了大型铝挤压机用固定挤压垫的结构尺寸。在125 MN油压双动铝挤压机上进行了实验,实验证明,建立的固定挤压垫膨胀环完全弹性变形条件可以作为固定挤压垫的设计依据,提出的固定挤压垫设计方法和有限元模拟结果准确,可以有效地提高固定挤压垫的使用寿命。The function of dummy block in aluminium extrusion was introduced,and the features of different dummy block structures were analyzed. Then,the design principle of dummy block used in aluminium extrusion press was proposed,and the fully elastic deformation condition of expanding ring in dummy block was established based on the force balance condition of dummy block along the extrusion direction. Therefore,the curve of the increased amount of expanding ring in the outer diameter of dummy block vs the extrusion force on dummy block was gained by FEM simulation and theoretical optimization. Furthermore,the structure dimension of dummy block for aluminium extrusion press with large-size was determined. Finally,the experiment was carried out with 125 MN double action extrusion press by hydraulic transmission. The result shows that the fully elastic deformation condition of expanding ring in dummy block can be used as the design basis of dummy block,and the above design method for dummy block and FEM simulation result are reliable,which can improve the lifetime of dummy block.
