摘　　要：儿童原发性免疫缺陷病的某些临床表现与小儿血液系统疾病有一定的相似之处，常导致一系或多系血细胞的改变，易合并感染及继发恶性肿瘤。临床医师加强对免疫缺陷病血液学表现的认识，对疾病鉴别诊断、并发症或合并症的判断，以及对疾病预后预测具有重要的临床意义。Some of the clinical manifestation of primary immunodeficiency disease in children is similar with that of hematological system diseases in children. It would result into the change of one or multiple lines of blood cells, which would lead to infection or malignant tumors. To strengthen the awareness of the hematologic manifestations of immunodeficiency diseases will be beneficial for doctors in the diagnosis of diseases ,judgment of complication and prog- uosis.
