摘 要:文章试验评估了乳化柴油的使用对直喷柴油机排放特性的影响,并比较了在东风6135柴油机上使用普通柴油和乳化柴油时检测到的运行参数,结果表明,乳化柴油的使用会明显降低排放尾气中NO_X的浓度,且各种工况下NO_X排放减少率都维持在22%左右,比较稳定;在含水量不大于12%时,乳化柴油中含水量越大,NO_X排放减少越明显。通过试验还发现,使用乳化柴油会使尾气中CO浓度大幅度提高,减少乳化柴油中乳化剂成分可使CO排放的增加率降低。An experimental investigation is performed to assess the emission characteristics effects using emulsified diesel fuel in a direct injection diesel engine. By comparing the parameters detected in the diesel engine when ordinary diesel oil and emulsified diesel oil are used in Dongfeng 6135 diesel engine, it is found that if the emulsified diesel oil is used, the concentration of NOX can be reduced significantly. And under various conditions NOX emission reduction rates are maintained at about 22%. It is relatively stable. When the water content in emulsified diesel oil is not more than 12%, the greater the water content is, the more obvious the NOXemission decreases. The experiment also shows that the use of emulsified diesel oil can greatly increase the concentration of CO in exhaust gas. The increasing rate of CO emission can be reduced by reducing the emulsifier composition in emulsified diesel oil.
