摘 要:从力量训练的方法、内容及周期安排三个方面展开论述,目的在于明确力量训练的一种趋向和指导思想。研究认为:(1)不同力量形式和身体部位训练的落脚点体现在训练方法层面,而训练方法应体现出时序变化和同期化搭配,同时,身体部位需避免"左倾"错误的出现,专一化或专项化训练并不意味着对一般性力量训练手段的抛弃;(2)在力量训练的内容上,把握低强度有氧训练是关键,虽然有氧与力量存在一定的限制作用,但这种作用仅仅是对两者增长速度的放缓,而不是负向变化,更何况有氧的重要作用是对功率下降率的抑制,提高了运动员长时间高强度做功的能力;(3)力量训练的周期安排应补充板块周期,但板块周期只能是对传统周期理论的一种有益补充,而不是一种替代。This article mainly discussed the ways,contents and periods of time of strength training and it aimed to identify guiding principles of the future training research.It was shown that the bases of different strength forms and the training of body parts were embodied in the level of training methods.Moreover,training methods should reflect the change of time sequence and collocations over the same period.The general and specific means of strength training should be adopted in training the body parts.It was critical to grasp low intensity aerobic training.Although there was certain restriction between aerobic and strength,it was only for the slowdown in the growth rate,rather than negative changes,not to mention the important role of aerobic exercises in restraining the power decline rate.Consequently,it improved the ability of athletes acting in a long period of high intensity.The arrangement of periods of strength training should adopt tectonic cycle,which could only be a beneficial supplement of traditional cycle theory,instead of a replacement.
