摘 要:校正网络分析一般只考虑其发射校正和接收校正工作状态,但对于大口径阵面天线的情况,由于阵面口径大,除了校正状态外,在系统正常工作状态时,也经常会出现各通道馈电口的相位相差很大,甚至会出现反相的情况。所以在设计校正网络时,就必须论证整个雷达系统存在的各种工作状态对校正网络的影响,避免出现校正网络内局部承受功率过大而烧毁网络的现象。利用ADS软件建立电路模型,进行分析雷达系统各种工作状态时,校正网络中功率和相位的分布。通过仿真分析,可以清晰地掌握校正网络内部各处承受功率的情况,有效地提高了校正网络的设计可靠性。分析结果准确、可靠、有效。Only the working states of the transmitting calibration and receiving calibration are considered in calibration network analysis generally. But for large aperture array antenna, the phase difference between the feed ports is big and even up to 180 degrees under the normal working condition besides the calibrating state. Therefore, in order to avoid burning the network by the large internal power, the affections of various working states of the whole radar system on the calibration network has to take into account. In this paper, the circuit model is built by using ADS software and the analysis of power and phase distributions in the network is made under various working conditions. The simulation and analysis results show the internal power handling of the calibration network. This offers a reference to the improvement design of the calibration network, which can improve the design reliability of the calibration network effectively. The results of the analysis are accurate, reliable and effective.
