摘 要:为研究玄武岩纤维对混凝土梁抗裂性能的影响,以纤维长度及纤维体积掺率为变化参数,对纤维长度分别为12mm和30mm,纤维体积掺率分别为0.1%和0.2%的4根纤维混凝土梁和1根对比梁进行静载试验,试验中对纤维混凝土梁开裂荷载、裂缝宽度以及挠度进行监测。结果表明:与普通钢筋混凝土梁对比,玄武岩纤维混凝土梁的开裂荷载显著增大,且裂缝宽度发展更为缓慢,相同荷载作用下的裂缝宽度和跨中挠度显著减小,其主要原因是玄武岩纤维改善了混凝土梁的抗裂和阻裂性能,提高了梁的整体刚度。In order to investigate the effects of basalt fiber on anti-crack performance of concrete beam,static load test was conducted.Taking fiber length and volume ratio as parameters,one control beam without adding basalt fiber and four basalt fiber reinforced concrete beams with fiber lengths 12 mm and 30 mm,with the volume ratios of 0.1%and 0.2% were tested.The test data was obtained through monitoring of cracking load,crack width and the deflection of beams.The results showed that the cracking load of the basalt fiber reinforced concrete beams increased significantly,crack width development was relatively slow,the crack width and the span deflection decreased under the same load as compared with common reinforced concrete beam.The basalt fiber incorporation improved the beam crack and crack resistance performance,as a consequence,enhancing the overall stiffness of the beams.
