运用PDCA循环法提高病案借阅回归率

摘　　要：目的加强病案借阅管理,提高病案借阅回归率。方法在病案借阅管理活动中应用PDCA(Plan,Do,Check,Action)循环理论,对病案借阅回归率低的原因进行分析,列出计划目标,执行整改措施,检查实施效果,进行总结处理,提出具体的PDCA循环步骤,比较运用PDCA循环法前后的借阅病案回归率。结果运用PDCA循环法管理后2016年上半年借阅病案1316份,与2015年同期借阅病案1246份两者的回归率进行比较,借阅病案3日回归率由48.15%提高到72.49%,4-7日回归率由67.34%上升到87.31%,8-14日回归率由90.69%提高至100%,借阅病案回归率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 PDCA循环法能有效提高病案借阅回归率,从而加强了病案借阅管理工作质量,也使病案复印服务和归档管理工作常态化。Objective To strengthen the medical records to borrow management, and increase medical record Borrow Regression rate. Methods With the application of PDCA （Plan, Do, Check, Action） cycle theory in medical record borrow read management activities, the causes of low return rate of medical records were analyzed. We list the program objectives, implement corrective measures, check the implementation of the results, sum up the deal, put forward a specific PDCA cycle steps. Regression rate of borrowed medical records before and after the PDCA cycle was compared. Results The use of＇PDCA cycle management in the first half of 2016 after 1316 copies of medical records, with the same period in 2015 to borrow 1246 cases of the regression rate of the two were compared, borrowed medical records 3-day regression rate increased from 48. 15% to 72. 49%, 4 to 7 regression rate increased from 67.34% to 87.31%, 8 to 14 regression rate increased from 90. 69% to 100%, and there was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion PDCA circulation method can effectively improve the return rate of medical record borrowing, and thus strengthen the quality of medical record management, and make medical record copy service and file management normalization.
