摘 要:目的探讨TOPSIS法在基于DRGs考核的临床科室住院服务质量中的应用。方法分析2016年4月-2016年6月10,754份病案首页及出院病例的DRGs分组数据,利用TOPSIS法综合评价住院服务质量。结果样本医院的数据测算结果的顺位排序,评估结果前三的为EICU病区、CCU病区、ICU病区,Ci值分别为0.2305,0.1914,0.1760;最后三位为儿科病区、眼科病区、普外三病区,Ci值分别为0,0580,0.0561,0.0549,与管理者主观评价基本一致。结论该方法直观的反映了科室之间的比较,为标准化绩效评价提供了一种测算方法。Objective To discuss the application of TOPSIS in hospital service quality based on DRGs performance evaluation. Methods It analyzed the data on the medical record homepage and the DRGs data of the April to June in 2016 10, 754 the inpatient case record and evaluate the hospital service quality by TOPSIS. Results The calculation results of sample data showed the order of qualifying was consistent with the managers' subjective evaluation: the top three'were EICU, CCU, ICU, Ci value were 0. 2305, 0. 1914, 0. 1760; the last three for the pediatric ward, ward of ophthalmology, the third general surgery, Ci value were 0. 0580, 0. 0561, respectively 0. 0549. Conclusion The method reflected intuitively the comparison between the departments and proposed the standardization method of the performance evaluotion.
