摘  要:目的探索PDCA循环法在某三级综合医院放射防护管理持续质量改进中的实施与效果评价。方法应用PDCA循环管理,通过采用健全组织构架、修订规章制度、建立设备台帐、建立放射工作人员数据库等措施,对比2014年12月份与2015年3月份放射防护专项整改前后设备许可率、设备建档率、放射工作场所防护宣传栏覆盖率、放射工作人员培训率、防护用品配备的变化情况。结果实施PDCA循环后设备许可率由80.0%提高到100.0%,设备建档率由14.0%升高至100.0%,宣传展板覆盖率由26.7%升高至80.0%,放射工作人员参加培训率由97.0%提高到97.4%,防护用品配置数增长了84.4%。结论PDCA循环管理在医院放射防护管理中实践经验,可以更好的为医疗机构提供科学管理的参考工具。Objective To explore the implementation and effect assessment in continuous quality improvement of radiological protection management by PDCA circulation method in a general hospital. Methods According to existing problems, we use PDCA cycle to promote radiation management orderly, including completing organizational structure, revising rules and regulations, setting up the equipment account, establishing database of radiation workers, and so on. Situation of equipment licensing rate, equipment filing rate, radiation workplace protection publicity column coverage, radiology staff training rate before and after the special rectification of radiation protection of December 2014 and March 2015 was compared. Results Equipment licensing rate increases from 80. 0% to 100. 0%. Archives rate ranges from 14. 0% to 100. 0%. Poster rate goes from 26.7% to 80. 0%. Training rate achieves at 97.4%. The number of protective equipment configuration increases by 84. 4%. Conclusion The experience from PDCA cycle mode involving in radiology management can be regard as a scientific reference tool in general hospital management.
