摘　　要：目的分析湖南省某院日间手术的实施现状。方法利用湖南省某院2015年日间手术中心患者数据,分析日间手术的实施情况。结果 2015年湖南省某院日间手术患者共3552人次,15~59岁患者占79.75%,手术临时取消率为1.55%。日间手术开展前5位的专科为普外科、耳鼻喉科、泌尿外科、妇产科、骨科,前5位的疾病为声带息肉、精索静脉曲张、胆道术后残余结石、肾和输尿管结石、稽留流产,前5位的手术为支撑喉显微镜下声带病变切除术、腹腔镜下精索静脉高位结扎术、经皮胆道镜下碎石取石术、膝关节镜下半月板切除术/成形术、宫颈锥形切除术。结论湖南省某院日间手术以普通外科、耳鼻喉科、泌尿外科、妇科、骨科为重点专科,以常见病、多发病为主要病种,以中青年患者为重点人群,以内镜和腔镜手术为主要术式。Objective To analyze the current situation of day surgery in a hospital in Hunan Province. Methods Using the data of the patients in a hospital in Hunan in 2015, we analyzed the implementation of day surgery. Results In 2015, a hospital in Hunan, a total of 3552 patients during the day surgery, patients with 15~59 years old accounted for 79. 75%, the temporary removal rate of surgery was 1.55%. The first 5 specialties of day surgery were Department of general surgery, Department of ENT, Department of Urology, Department of obstetrics and Gynecology, and Department of orthopedics. The top 5 diseases were vocal cord polyps, varicocele, residual calculus after biliary tract surgery, renal and ureteral calculi, and missed abortion. The top 5 surgeries were laryngeal microscope vocal cord lesion resection, laparoscopic high ligation of spermatic vein, percutaneous biliary endoscopic lithotripsy, arthroscopic meniscectomy / angioplasty, and cervical cone resection. Conclusion The key departments of day surgeries in a hospital in Hunan Province were Department of general surgery, Department of ENT, Department of Urology, Department of gynecology, Department of orthopedics. Common disease, frequently occurring disease as the main disease. Focus on young and middle-aged patients. The endoscopic and laparoscopic surgery for major surgical procedures.
