摘  要:通过总结某院参加全国高等医学院校大学生临床技能大赛的实践经验,探讨临床技能大赛培训的内容、方法及效果。在培训中首先组建了优秀的教学团队,层层选拔优秀的参赛学生,参加技能大赛临床思维和临床动手能力的培养是培训的基础,培养学生快速建立科学的临床思维,制定周密的培训计划,锻炼学生们操作规范、协调配合、动作统一的能力,在培训中高强度模拟演练,多次院内院外测试,逐渐提高了学生的操作熟练程度和准确性,加强了学生的应变能力。通过临床技能大赛,建立了规范化、标准化的临床技能训练体系,希望为今后的临床技能培训提供帮助。This thesis seeks to find out contents, methodologies and effects of National Clinical Skills Competition of Medial College Students through experiences. Firstly, the competition helps the hospital to build teaching groups. Hospital carefully selects students to participate the competition. Clinical thinking and practice are two bases of training, which aims to develop students' skills of thinking clinically. Hospital also tries to make a training scheme, including simulation training, testing in and out the hospital, in order to improve students' ability of reacting to the emergency flexibly and doing the operation and cooperation skilfully and precisely. National Clinical Skills Competition of Medial College Students has helped us to build and complete our clinical training system, which in return, could benefit our clinical training in the future.
