柔性化多头花样围边绗缝嵌入式系统的研究

摘　　要：花样多样性和绗缝质量是花样围边绗缝设备的重要指标,基于嵌入式平台和运动控制器的花样围边绗缝系统能提高设备的绗缝效率和绗缝质量,增强花样多样性。嵌入式平台使用Linux操作系统,Qt编程环境,有助于提高功能界面的可重构性;运动控制器采用ARM11+PCL6045B结构模式,使用CAN总线通讯协议,设计协议缓冲机制和预取指令方法提高CAN总线的通讯速度。系统花样打版和周边设备选用面向使用者设计,使用参数驱动,增强了系统的柔性化和可操作性。Pattern diversity and quilting quality are the important indicators of surrounding edge sewing equipment,the pattern surrounding edge quilting embedded system based on embedded platform and motion controller can improve the quality and efficiency of equipment,and enhance the pattern diversity. Embedded platform using the Linux operating system and Qt programming environment,which conduce to improve the reconfigurable function interface;Motion controller adopts the ARM11 ＋ PCL6045 B structure model,uses the CAN bus communication protocol,the protocol buffer mechanism and prefetch directive methods improve the speed of CAN bus communication. The pattern and surrounding equipment using design for users,uses parameter drive can enhance the flexibility and operability of the system.
