摘 要:采用全自动毛细管黏度计测定聚丙烯溶液的比浓黏度,考察了溶液质量浓度、搅拌时间、搅拌转速、在空气中暴露的静置时间对聚丙烯溶液比浓黏度测定结果的影响。结果表明:聚丙烯溶液的质量浓度对比浓黏度的影响较大,选择0.001~0.005g·mL^(-1)的质量浓度来测定比浓黏度较为合适;当搅拌时间为2h、搅拌转速为1200r·h^(-1)时,聚丙烯溶液完全溶解为均相体系;聚丙烯溶液在空气中短时间静置,比浓黏度的变化较小,长时间静置则会导致溶液分相,比浓黏度下降。The reduced viscosity of polypropylene solution was measured by automatic capillary viscometer.The influence of mass concentration,mixing time,rotating speed and exposed time in the air on the measuring results of reduced viscosity of polypropylene solution was investigated.The results show that:the mass concentration of polypropylene solution affected its reduced viscosity greatly,and the solution whose mass concentration was between 0.001-0.005g·mL^-1 was suitable to measure the reduced viscosity;when the mixing time was 2hand the rotating speed was 1200r·h^-1,the polypropylene solution dissolved into homogeneous system completely;the reduce viscosity had small change after the polypropylene solution exposed in the air for a short time,and the phase separation happened to the solution after the polypropylene solution exposed in the air for a long time,and then the reduced viscosity decreased.
