摘 要:以滑石粉为填料制备滑石粉/聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)复合材料,研究了滑石粉用量对复合材料密度、硬度、摩擦磨损及热力学性能影响。结果表明,当滑石粉质量分数从0%增加到20%时,复合材料的硬度、密度逐渐增加;滑石粉能显著增加复合材料耐磨性能。当滑石粉质量分数为20%时,复合材料磨耗量仅相当于纯PTFE的1/2 000(磨损条件为200 N,2 h,200 r/min);复合材料的结晶度随滑石粉填充量的增加先下降后升高,当滑石粉质量分数为20%时,复合材料的结晶度为三者中最高,比纯PTFE提高了17%。The polytetratluoroethylene (PTFE) composites were prepared with talc as the filler. The effects of talc content on the properties including density, hardness, and tribology properties of the PTFE composites were studied. The results show: 1 ) The density and hardness of complex materials increase with the increase of talc content which ranged from 0 to 20wt% of complex materials; 2) The friction and wear properties of complex materials filled with talc promoted dramatically. The wear mass of the complex material is 1/2 000 times of pure PTFE after filled by 20 wt%talc (test condition: 200 N/2 h/200 r/min) ; 3) The degree of erystallinity of complex materials increases then decreases with the increase of talc content, and as the content of talc was 20 wt%, the crystallinity of the resulted materials is promoted by 17% than pure PTFE.
