摘  要:根据基架的结构特点,运用Moldflow和UG等软件进行了注塑成型数值模拟,设计了基架注塑成型的浇注系统和冷却系统。为控制基架成型缺陷,设计了DOE正交试验,优化出注塑工艺参数:熔体温度260℃,模具温度70℃,注射时间1.2 s。设计出保压曲线为先恒压后线性递减二段保压。进行了单因素变动实验,研究了不同注塑工艺参数对塑件翘曲变形的影响程度。设计并生产出基架注塑模具,生产出合格的基架产品,验证了模拟结果的正确性。According to the structure characteristics of the pedestal and using the Moldflow and CADsoftwares for numerical simulation of rejection molding, the gating system and cooling system were designed. According to the plastic molding defects, the DOE orthogonal experiment was designed to optimize the injection molding process parameters as follows: the melt temperature was 260 ℃, the mold temperature was 70 ℃, the injection time was 1.2 s, The designed pressure curve involved the constant pressure stage followed by linearly diminishing secondary packing-stage. The single factor experiment was carried out to study the influence of the different process parameters on the warp distortion of plastic parts. A pedestal injection molds were designed and produceed, and the qualified pedestal product was produced, which verified the correctness of the simulation results.
