配体阳离子价态对复合成核剂性能的影响

摘  要:以芳基杂环有机磷酸铝(AHP-AlOH)作为成核剂主体,月桂酸盐(SL)为配体,研究不同价态阳离子的SL和AHP-AlOH复配体之间的协效作用对等规聚丙烯(iPP)性能的影响。通过偏光显微观察、差示扫描量热分析、力学性能测试、光学性能测试以及耐热性能表征等手段,研究了成核剂对复合材料的影响。结果表明,SL对iPP的成核作用较差,对复合材料性能的改善非常有限;AHP-AlOH对iPP的成核作用达到中等水平,力学性能、光学性能及耐热性有一定程度的提升;AHP-AlOH与一价SL复配后使iPP的球晶尺度迅速减小,结晶峰值温度可提高20℃以上,成核有效性在62%以上,拉伸强度、弯曲强度、弯曲模量平均分别提高20.14%、70.36%、59.57%,雾度值平均下降79.63%,透光率平均增加14.67%,热变形温度平均升高54.3%,SL和AHP-AlOH之间表现出极强的协效作用。AHP-AlOH与二价SL复配后对iPP的作用效果与AHP-AlOH单独作用相当,此时SL和AHP-AlOH之间并未表现明显的协效作用。The effect of synergistic based on bivalent aluminum of aromatic heterocyclic phosphate (AHP-AlOH) as the main part of nucleating agent and different laurate (SL) as the cooperative part on inducing isotactic polypropylene (iPP) nucleation was investigated respectively in present work. The crystal structure, crystal behaviors, mechanical, heat-resisting and optical property of iPP were analyzed by polarizing microscopy (POM) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and the testing on mechanical, heat-resisting and optical properties. The results show that SL has little effect on the nucleation of iPP; AHP- AlOH has a medium nucleating ability to iPP. The effect on the mechanical, optical or heat-resisting properties of iPP is medium. The compound of AHP-AlOH and monovalent SL makes spherulite size decrease, and the crystallization peak temperature of iPP increase by more than 20 ℃. The nucleation efficiency is more than 62%. Tensile strength, flexural strength and flexural modulus increases by 20. 14%, 70. 36%and 59.57% in average, respectively. Haze value decreases by 79.63% and transmittance increases by 14. 67% in average and heat deflection temperature increases by 54. 3%. Monovalence of SL and AHP- AlOH show obviously synergistic nucleating effect on the properties of iPP. But the effect of bivalence of SL compounding with AHP-AlOH was similar to that when using AHP-AlOH separately, there isn't synergistic nucleating effect between bivalence of SL and AHP-AlOH.
