摘 要:为实现工程现场方便快速地检测岩层结构的地质特征,开发了一款自动测量声波测井仪井下位置信息的无线测位系统。硬件部分以STC89C52为主控制器,测量出编码器的位移脉冲信息,通过无线串口把位置信息实时传送给基于Windows操作系统的上位机;软件部分由C语言及LabVIEW虚拟仪器控制,实现上位机与无线测位系统的通信及测井仪信号的分析处理;还提出了一种自动测井方法,使测井仪在使用过程中,自动采集声波数据。工程实际应用表明:此系统测量精度高、响应速度快,能够准确地记录位移信息;此方法能够自动控制测井仅采集声波数据,且人机交互界面友好,信息显示直观、易读取。该系统已应用于天鸿检测科技有限公司研制的TH301型测井仪中。In order to detect the geologic features of the rock structure easily and quickly in the project site,an acoustic logging tool which can automatically measure the downhole location information is developed.The hardware circuit takes the STC89C52 as the main controller,accurately measuring the displacement pulse information of the encoder.And the position information is transmitted to the Windows PC operating system in real time through the wireless serial port.The application software is controlled by C programming language and Lab VIEW virtual instrument to realize the communication between the upper telegraph and the wireless positioning system and the analysis and processing of the logging tool signal.An automatic logging method is also proposed,the acoustic data are collected automatically during the use of logging tool.The practical application shows that this system has high measurement accuracy and fast response,and can record the displacement information automatically and accurately.This method can automatically control the logging tool to collect sonic data,and the human-computer interface is friendly and the information display is intuitive and easy to read.It has been applied to the TH301 logging tool developed by Tianhong Detection Technology Co.,Ltd.
