摘 要:针对溜槽磨损影响无钟高炉生产的问题,建立了基于摩擦功原理的布料溜槽磨损数学模型,用于预测溜槽磨损形貌,指导溜槽的设计和使用。根据摩擦功原理,推导了溜槽磨损的计算公式,并通过炉料在溜槽内的运动分析,确定了磨损公式中的参数,试验验证了模型的准确性,并利用模型深入分析了溜槽结构参数和布料工艺参数对溜槽磨损的影响。结果表明,为减小溜槽磨损,在溜槽设计和使用过程中,应降低料流调节阀至溜槽的高度,设计溜槽内径略大于中心喉管直径,合理延长单次布料时间,并通过适度延长溜槽长度减小布料溜槽倾角。A mathematical model based on friction work principle was established to predict the chute wear appearance and guide the chute design and operation. The chute wear calculation formula based on friction work principle was devel- oped, the burden motion in the chute was analyzed and the parameters in the formula were thus determined. The model accuracy was verified by industrial test, and the effects of chute structural and burden distribution parameters on the chute wear were further discussed. Results show that in order to decrease the chute wear, it is helpful to shorten the bur- den falling height, and the chute inner diameter should be slightly larger than the feeding spout diameter. In addition, to extend the charging time for each batch and decrease the angles of chute inclination by increasing the chute length rea- sonably are beneficial to improve the chute abrasion resistance.
