三黄益肾胶囊治疗早期糖尿病肾病随机对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]采用随机对照方法,观察三黄益肾胶囊治疗早期糖尿病的临床疗效。[方法]将110例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为3组,其中三黄益肾组36例,给予三黄益肾胶囊治疗;三黄益肾联合胰激肽原酶组38例,给予三黄益肾胶囊与胰激肽原酶肠溶片治疗;胰激肽原酶组36例,给予胰激肽原酶肠溶片治疗。3个月为1个疗程,疗程结束后,比较3组治疗前后有关指标。[结果]治疗后3组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、胆固醇、甘油三酯、血压、24 h尿微量白蛋白均明显降低,具有统计学差异(P<0.01)。其中三黄益肾联合胰激肽原酶组24 h尿微量白蛋白较其他2组降低更为明显,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。[结论]三黄益肾胶囊联合胰激肽原酶肠溶片可有效治疗早期糖尿病肾病。[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Sanhuang YiShen capsules in the treatment of early diabetes using randomized controlled method. [Methods] The 110 cases of patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into 3 groups, Sanhuang Yishen Capsules group with 36 cases, Sanhuang Yishen combined with pancreatic kininogenase group with 38 cases and pancreatic kininogenase group with 36 patients . 3 months for 1 course , after the end of treatment , related indexes were compared with among 3 groups. [Results] Fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 h blood glucose, cholesterol, triglyceride, blood pressure and 24 h urine micro albumin were significantly lower after treatment in 3 groups （P〈0.01）, and the 24 h urine micro albumin was significantly lower than the other 2 groups. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Sanhuang Yishen capsules combined with pancreatic kininogenase are effective in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.
