摘 要:为单体液压支柱三用阀试验设计了一套自动调压装置,用两套减速机在计算机控制下分别控制调压刀的进退与正反转,实现了安全阀的自动压力调定。用弹簧补偿了调压螺纹副的位移。用Pro/E对调压装置进行了三维建模,验证了各部件位置及尺寸关系。为三用阀的试验还设计了液压控制系统、电气控制系统和计算机测控系统。样机试验结果表明研制的自动调压装置实现了安全阀公称压力的闭环精确智能调定。A set of automatic pressure regulating device (APRD) is developed for testing the three-use valves of hydraulic single prop. Two sets of gear reducer, under the control of the computer, control the pressure regulating knife to move forward or backward and rotate positive or negative. The automatic pressure setting of safe valve is realized by a computer. The displacement of pressure regulating screw pair is compensated by a spring. By the three- dimensional model of the APRE built by Pro/E, we verify the relations of the position and sizes of all parts. The hydraulic control system, electric control system, computer measurement and control system are designed to realize the automation of the three-use valves test rig. The prototype experiment results show that the APRD implements close-loop accurate intelligent setting of nominal pressure of the safe valve.
