摘 要:蓄电池电源装置的核心部分——蓄电池,其危险分类在GB 50058-2014《爆炸危险环境电力装置设计规范》中被定义为ⅡC级,该规范对蓄电池的危险区域划分作了详细规定,指出在满足一定条件下蓄电池所在区域可按非爆炸危险环境考虑。而DL/T 5044-2014《电力工程直流电源系统设计技术规程》和GB 50055-2011《通用用电设备配电设计规范》中却明文规定对蓄电池室要采用防爆灯具或增安型照明,看似与GB 50058-2014有矛盾。而对蓄电池电源装置设备房的设计要求并没有直接的规范可参考,仅有DL/T 5044-2014要求包含蓄电池的直流电源成套装置柜的房间应保持良好通风。本文尝试以阀控式密封铅酸蓄电池式的直流电源装置为例,对各规范相关条文进行分析,提出蓄电池电源装置设备房的设计思路和推荐做法。In GB 50058- 2014 Code for design of electrical installations in explosive atmospheres, accumulators, the core of accumulator PSU, are defined as Class IIC in hazard classification. The code specifies the division of hazardous areas of accumulators in detail and indicates that the area where an accumulator locates can be considered as a non-explosion hazard area if certain conditions are provided. However, there seems to be a conflict with the specifications of GB 50058- 2014 and those of DL/T 5044- 2014 Technical code for design of DC auxiliary power supply system for power engineering and GB 50055- 2011 Code for design of electric distribution of general-purpose utilization equipment, as the latter codes require explosion-proof lights or safety-increased lighting for accumulator room. Moreover, there is no code available for the design requirements for accumulator PSU rooms but only DL/T 5044- 2014 requires proper ventilation of the room of the DC unit cabinet with accumulators. In this paper, the valve regulated sealed lead acid battery type DC PSU is taken to analyze relevant articles of each codes and the design thought and recommended methods for accumulator PSU rooms are proposed.
