护理措施对骨折术后下肢深静脉血栓形成及预防的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨应用系统性护理措施在骨折术后患者发生下肢深静脉血栓的作用及影响,为临床治疗提供理论依据。方法选取100例住院治疗的骨折患者,根据护理措施不同分为对照组和观察组,各50例,其中对照组患者给予一般护理措施,观察组患者给予系统性的护理措施。对2组患者的术后2周内下肢深静脉血栓以及下肢肿胀、栓塞的发生率进行比较分析。结果观察组患者的下肢深静脉血栓以及下肢肿胀、栓塞的发生率低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论系统性的护理措施能有效降低骨折术后患者下肢深静脉血栓的发生率。Objective To explore impact of nursing intervention on nous thrombosis of lower limes of fracture patients after operation. Methods prevention of deep ye- A total of 100 fracture patients in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to nursing time, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with general care while the obser- vation group was given systematic care measures. Deep venous thrombosis and leg swelling, the inci- dence of thrombosis after 2 weeks of nursing were compared. Results The incidences of deep venous thrombosis and leg swelling, the incidence of thrombosis in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Systematic care measures can effectively reduce the incidence of fractures in patients with postoperative deep vein thrombosis.
