摘　　要：《奇效良方》为明代董宿、方贤等编撰的一部荟萃前人经验的医学方书,卷五十五为"针灸门",专论针灸。该书秉承历代前贤针灸要旨,注重以针刺手法调气补泻,于复式针法贡献最大,提出"荣备回避八法",倡导针刺之前务使气血调和,主张针刺治疗始终均需治神,强调刺灸须谨守禁忌,重视奇穴效验并设专篇论述,补充和丰富了针灸学理论和实践,对针灸学的发展做出了重要的贡献。Wonderful Well- Tried Recipes is a medical book compiled by DONG Su,FANG Xian and so on,which has a wide collection of previous experience in the Ming Dynasty. The 55 th volume especially studies on the acupuncture and moxibustion. This book has inherited previous experience on acupuncture and moxibustion.It focuses on acupuncture manipulation of regulating Qi and reinforcing and reducing and does the most for the comprehensive acupuncture manipulation. It puts forward eight methods of harmonizing Qi and blood before acupuncture and stands for treating spirit throughout the acupuncture treatment. It emphasizes on the taboos of acupuncture and moxibustion and attaches great importance to the effect of extra- point. In general it has supplemented and enriched the theory and practice of acupuncture and moxibustion,and made a great contribution to the development of acupuncture and moxibustion.
