抑火理脾颗粒剂治疗2型糖尿病高脂血症临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察抑火理脾颗粒剂对2型糖尿病高脂血症患者血脂水平的影响。方法 120例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均给予饮食教育、适量运动及诺和灵30R治疗。治疗组予"抑火理脾颗粒剂",每日1剂,共8周,对照组予"抑火理脾颗粒剂安慰剂"治疗。观察2组治疗后血脂变化。结果治疗组经治疗后TC、TG、APOB较治疗前明显改善,差异有统计学意义,P<0.01,LDL、APOA较治疗前亦明显改善,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;对照组TC、LDL较治疗前亦明显改善,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。治疗后,治疗组TC、TG、LDL较对照组明显改善,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论抑火理脾颗粒剂可明显降低2型糖尿病脂代谢紊乱患者血脂水平。Objective To explore the effect of depressing fire and invigorating spleen granules on the patients＇ lipid of type 2 diabetes hyperlipidemia. Methods 120 cases of patients were divided into treatment group and control group. Two groups were given basic treatments which were diabetes diet,regular exercise,novolin 30 R. At the same time,the depressing fire and invigorating spleen granules were given to the patients of the treatment group,and the placebos were given to the patients of the control group in a dosage of one dose / day for 8 weeks. Then,the levels of patients＇ lipid were observed. Results After treatment,the levels of TC,TG and APOB of the treatment group had significantly improved（ P 〈0. 01）,and the levels of LDL and APOA had significantly improved（ P〈0. 05）. The levels of TC and LDL of the control group had significantly improved as well（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The depressing fire and invigorating spleen granules can decrease the patient＇s levels of the lipid of the type 2 diabetes hyperlipidemia.
