中药治疗高血压病眩晕临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨中药在高血压病眩晕治疗方面的临床价值。方法在本院2014年8月—2016年2月期间收治的高血压性眩晕患者中随机选取90例,按照治疗方案的不同将其分为观察组和对照组,并对两组患者的眩晕、头胀、口苦症状改善情况和高血压控制情况进行观察分析。结果两组患者治疗后其血压并无明显差异(P>0.05),但在治疗结束时,观察组患者的DARS、DHI-S及生活质量评分均明显优于对照组患者,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论对于高血压性眩晕患者,采用中医方药进行治疗可有效促进患者血压下降,进而改善患者的眩晕、头胀、口苦症状。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of Chinese herbs in the treatment of hypertensive vertigo. Methods 90 cases of hypertensive vertigo patients admitted from August 2014 to February 2014 in our hospital were randomly selected,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment options. The symptom improvement on dizziness,fullness in head,bitter taste in mouth and control of high blood pressure were observed and analyzed. Results After treatment,the blood pressure did not differ significantly between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）,but at the end of treatment,the DARS,DHI-S and quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion For hypertensive patients with vertigo,use of Chinese herbs not only can effectively promote the blood pressure drops,but also help improve symptoms of dizziness,fullness in head and bitter taste in mouth.
