《妇科冰鉴》巧用四物汤疗月经不调

摘　　要：《妇科冰鉴》对月经病的病理论述精辟,有积极指导意义。在治疗月经不调时,多结合妇人多虚、多郁、多瘀的特点,灵活应用四物汤,强调治"血"为治疗月经病的主要方法,用四物汤的配伍规律及加减思路密切联系妇人月经病的病情转变,其认识和辨证特色鲜明,疗效确切可靠,深化了四物汤的理论和临床的应用价值,提升了四物汤等此类方剂的应用空间。The Fuke Bingjian has an incisive exposition on pathology of menstrual disease and a positive guiding significance .In the treatment of irregular menstruation , combined with the characteristics of deficiency , depression and blood stasis , Siwu decoction was flexibly applied , the treatment of “blood” is the main method for the treatment of menstrual disorders was emphasized .Combining compatibility laws and modification of Siwu decoction with the change of woman menstrual disease condition , the understanding and syndrome differentiation was distinct, and the curative effect was exact and reliable , which deepened the theory and clinical application value Siwu decoction , and enhanced the application space of Siwu decoction .
