摘　　要：通过对报汛基本情况和测站水情信息拍报方式的系统分析,发现目前报汛方式存在的问题及薄弱环节,并针对具体情况提出完善遥测报汛系统、维护传统报汛方式、开辟新报汛方式的措施,确保水情信息的时效性、准确性。Based on the systematic analysis of the basic situation of the flood- reporting and hydrologic information, problems and weaknesses of the current flood-reporting are found in this article. A series of methods and measures were put forward to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the hydrologic information.
