摘 要:研究废旧牛皮革绒毛用于静电植绒中电着剂的优化。在皮革生产过程中产生的废旧皮革和边角料经机械粉碎后可制得皮革绒毛。皮革绒毛经电着剂处理后可以在静电场中飞升,利用静电植绒技术将其植绒到人造革基布上可以开发新型的人造革产品。未经电着处理的皮革绒毛在电场中飞升性差,不能满足植绒要求,为提高其飞升性,达到最佳植绒效果,对电着剂的配方进行了优化。电着剂的成分为溶胶(铝溶胶,硅溶胶)和无机盐(氯化钠,硫酸铝钾),通过单独变量和正交实验最终得出电着剂的最佳配方:硅溶胶为4%、铝溶胶为3%、氯化钠为7%、硫酸铝钾为4%。采用植绒密度和植绒牢度来考量植绒的效果,其中铝溶胶对植绒效果影响较大,硫酸铝钾对植绒效果影响较小。This paper studies the optimization of scouring agent for electrostatic flocking with the use of waste cow leather fluff. Leather fluff can be made after waste leather and leftover materials produced in the production process of leather are smashed by machinery. Leather fluff can rise in static electric field after treatment with scouring agent. New artificial leather product can be developed by its flocking into artificial leather base cloth with electrostatic flocking technology. Leather fluff not subject to scouring treatment has poor rise in electric field and cannot meet flocking requirement. To improve its rise and achieve optimal flocking effect, the formula of scouring agent is optimized. Components of scouring agent include sol (alumina sol and ludox) and inorganic salt (sodium chloride and aluminum potassium sulfate). Optimal formula of scouring agent is finally obtained through individual variables and orthogonal experiment: ludox 4%, alumina sol 3 0%, sodium chloride 7% and aluminum potassium sulfate 4%. Flocking effect is measured with flocking density and fastness. Alumina sol has greater influence on flocking effect and aluminum potassium sulfate has smaller influence.
