精练剂DM-1130在棉织物碱氧一浴法前处理工艺中的探讨

摘　　要：为了提高纯棉织物一浴法的前处理效果,采用精练剂DM-1130对其进行处理。考察了工艺因素对棉织物毛效、白度及断裂强力的影响,在浴比1∶20时,通过正交实验得出优化工艺:NaOH用量2g/L,30%H2O2用量25g/L,精练剂DM-1130用量2.5g/L,Na2SiO3用量10g/L,95℃恒温水浴60min。优化工艺得到的棉机织物的毛效和白度好、强力保留率高。To improve pretreatment effect of one bath process of pure cotton fabrics, this paper study processes it with refining agent DM-1130, investigates the influence of process factors on capillary effect, whiteness and breaking force of cotton fabrics and obtains optimal process through orthogonal experiment when bath ratio is 1 ： 20： NaOH dosage 2 g/L, 30% H2O2 dosage 30 g/L, refining agent DM-1130 dosage 2.5 g/L, Na2SiO3 dosage 8 g/L and water bath for 60min at constant temperature 95 ℃. Cotton woven fabrics obtained with optimal process have good capillary effect and whiteness and high strong retention rate.
