摘 要:无纺织物热模压是通过加热板对模具传热实现产品成型的一种工艺技术,但加热系统易升温变形,导致加热板与热模压模具底部产生间隙,直接影响了模具加热速度及温度场分布。因此,控制加热板的变形量成为模具整个传热过程及其温度场分布的关键。本文基于ANSYS仿真变形改进了加热板的结构设计,并进行对比实验。最终减少了加热板翘曲变形,提高了模具的预热速度,节省了电能。Heat molding of non-woven fabric is a technology with heat transfer to die through heating plate so as to realize product molding. However, the heating system is vulnerable to heat deformation, which causes gap between heating plate and the bottom of heat molding die and directly influences die heating speed and temperature field distribution. Therefore, the control over deformation of heating plate becomes a key to the whole heat transfer process of die and temperature field distribution. This paper improves the structural design of heating plate based on ANSYS simulation deformation, conducts contrast experiment and finally reduces buckling deformation of heating plate, increases preheating speed of die and saves electric energy.
