摘　　要：针对当前纺织厂空调控制设备基本不能实现远程集中监控,控制器成本高的现状,设计了成本低廉、能实现远程集中监控的纺织厂温湿度自动控制及远程实时监控装置。装置采用MSP430单片机作为核心控制器,能对车间温度、湿度自动调节,能现场实时显示温、湿度实际值并能通过GSM网络将现场环境参数发送至监控中心上位机。当控制器自动调节不成功时,控制器发出声光报警同时自动启动GSM模块将报警信息发送至监控中心上位机软件提示,并发送至值班员手机,实现了双重保险,节省了大量人力、物力。本装置布线简单,无线通讯不受距离的限制,监控软件人机界面友好,具有广泛的应用前景。For the current situation that air-conditioning control equipment in textile mill basically cannot realize remote centralized monitoring and controller cost is high, this paper designs automatic temperature and humidity control and remote real-time monitoring device with low cost which can realize remote centralized monitoring. With MSP430 singlechip as core controller, the device can automatically adjust workshop temperature and humidity, display actual value of temperature and humidity on site in real time and transmit site environmental parameters to upper computer in When automatic adjustment of controller fails, meanwhile automatically activate GSM module monitoring center through GSM network. controller will make sound-light alarm and to transmit alarm information to software prompt of upper computer in monitoring center and the mobile phone of person on duty, thus realizing double insurance and saving a lot of manpower and material resources. This device has simple wiring, wireless communication without distance limit, friendly human-computer interface of monitoring software and wide application prospect.
